How To Make Money With Niche Marketing

By Gauher On June 23, 2010 Under Internet Marketing

Watch the video below.

I will show exactly how you can start generating money with free traffic and specific niches.

Video Niche Marketing

Here are the steps that I outlined in the video above:

1. Find a specific niche to market in. Do research on Clickbank or Google Insights to see what niches are currently hot. Try to get into specific niches rather than broad markets because there is less competition and better chance to get better rankings.

2. Build a simple web site using a silo structure related around your niche. A silo structured site is simply a web site that has content in various directories. The major search engines like to see pages with good content “deep-linked” into your site. Make sure that you name the folders with keywords that you would like to target. You can get free articles to build your web site from Ezine Articles or GoArticles.  Don’t worry about the duplicate content rule. It is a myth. All it means is that don’t have the SAME content on the same domain. You can download an example of a silo site that I created for the Rachael Ray market right here.

3. Create (3) Squidoo lenses with your keywords that you want to create back links on for your web site. Create lenses that offer value and quality. This will help as you will be contributing within the Squidoo community and will increase interest in your lenses. Try using your anchor keywords in the links back to your web site. The major search engines will see this and that will help you score points for those keywords.

4. Place contextual ads on your web site. There are tons of services that you can monetize your web sites with. You should test to see which contextual service brings back you the most money. Try using an ad serving tools such as the free OpenX to serve and test your contextual ads. Here is a list of just a few below:

Google Adsense http://adsense.google.com
Valueclick http://www.valueclick.com
Kontera http://www.kontera.com
Pulse360 http://www.pulse360.com
Adbrite http://www.adbrite.com
Chikita http://chitika.com

Clicksor http://www.clicksor.com
Contextweb http://www.contextweb.com
Bidclix http://www.bidclix.com
Bidvertiser http://www.bidvertiser.com
RevenuePilot http://www.revenuepilot.com

5. Collect your commissions. Enjoy the rewards of your efforts. Taking action is the key. Offer value and the money will follow. Trust me.

6. Rinse and repeat process. It doesn’t stop here. If you can get one niche making you $1,000 a month on autopilot, you can get 10 different ones to do the same. Don’t expect to start making a million dollars overnight with various niche sites. Learn how to generate that first $1 and then continue to repeat the process. Most of all – be patient. Your efforts will pay off.

    Hi Gauher,

How about if we wan to use WordPress
for these sites? Can you show us how?

Also, what are the differences of
using HTML webpages like yours and
    Wordpress?

    Cheers,

    Hello Gauher,

Thank you for this awesome content. I have a quick question, please.

What website creation tool do you use to create a consistent look and feel such as the one in the sample site?

    Thank you.

    Hi Gauher!

Great post! I really do believe you’re teaching something very powerful if people would just put it into action.

    God bless you for this..

    My contributions to this idea:

Use Market samurai & Keyword research pro for the keyword research!

Use Keyword research pro to find as many keyword as possible, then use Market samurai to analyze them.

there are sooo many things I could go over on this topic…but i’ll leave at that for now.

    Hi Gauher,

Just curious on the web templates for each niche site what you use? I have a couple of simple sites I set up with blogger awhile back with just google adsense. I sell a couple ebooks on them and make about $100 per month average. I also have one guy that pays me $25 a month steady for a banner ad.

Take Care and would like to chat with you sometime. Send me an email.

    Thanks,
    Steve at MakingaMillionDollars.com

    Very simple and concise information.
Thanks so much for sharing with us.

  7. Thanks for sharing this. Niche marketing can give you a steady income instead of competing with other huge markets. We can dig into smaller markets and be the authority because there are less competitions.

    Cheers

I listened to Adam while making a sandwich in the kitchen and felt that he hadn’t introduced anything new.

But because I was a little absent minded ( the sandwich tasted so good ), I went back over Adam’s Video on his site twice more, then clicked above and went to his 966 hot niche video too.

It was quite good but I was again tempted to say, I hadn’t really learned anything, lol.

I put my third sandwich down and stopped to think hard.

… and realized that Adam gave me a bunch of stuff that I hadn’t known.

    1) Niche market bearded dragon ( had 1 on my shoulder last week. It was kool.

    2) Niche market on science projects ( very relevant in my household )

    3) Simplified explanation of clickbank gravity

    4) Hinted at and great confirmation of Satellite site usage. Something that 2 top marketers had mentioned in past and that I had inadvertantly done with some Toronto Realestate sites.

Point here is that since most of us suffer from the internet marketing version of ADD ( lets call it IMADD [Internet Marketing Attention Deficit Disorder]) due to overexposure to IM bacteriaphages, lol, we need to sometimes just focus.

Hi Gauher – good info but this is never gona make you 1000K let alone 100K a month.

You also need to have original content on squidoo lenses now plus not sure if they are “no follow” now.

Don’t mean to rain on the parade but seo is basically very competitive today and requires proper diversified inlinks that will take at least a “new domain” a few months to establish itself in a good position in google.

    Hi,

I never ranked high by getting links from just 3 Lenses! Perhaps Google really likes the SILO structure!? I’ll test this…

I hate to ‘rain on your parade’ Rob (June 29th post above), but I had a 1 x article brand new niche product wp site (product keyword has over 5000 searches per month on google) go to no.2 organic on google.com 24 HOURS after creating the website.

Yes that is right . It took only 24 hours without any lenses etc. Only the standard social bookmarking and pinging techniques.

This was only last week. Your ‘new domain’ theory and ‘inbound diversified links’ theories are a croc.

What is required is good keyword research. A good keyword rich doamin name and a keyword rich original article (followed by more ultimately, to maintain position). It’s as simple as that.

Having said that, not all niche sites will index that quickly, that well. However, none should take a ‘few months’, as suggested by Rob, if you know what you are doing SEO wise.

    Hi Brett,

OK, well that was gona bring me onto my next question.

Also, apologies for late reply, not sure i got an update.

So, were you using a silo structure set up with your wp site – if so – did you use a plug in?

    Thanks.
