The Problem With Recent Traffic Courses
There has been a number of high profile launches this year for “traffic generating” courses. I am sure that many of them are really good, except there is one major problem. Most of these course have been priced too high that the people who need them the most cannot afford them. Many of these courses sell for as high as $2,000 making it only possible for people who have a lot of disposable income, to afford them.
Well that is about to change.
In an effort to raise $10,000 for the cancer hospital that treated my son, I will be releasing my own CPA Quantum traffic course on July 7 @ 12:00 pm EST. I had no intention of ever opening this traffic course, but I want to give back to the community by raising $10,000 with your help.
Not only will you get access to my traffic generating strategies, you will also be helping a noble cause.

I’ve seen some interesting traffic techniques recently revealed, yet they are often so situational as to be awkward or even unfit for any broad market application.
Others are so advanced as to be out of scope for beginning or even some intermediate marketers.
After all, if one doesn’t yet know how to submit an article to EZA – s/he has no business paying $197 for a course on building a Facebook Fan page.
All that and $4.95 will buy you a mocha latte.

I don’t know what you have looking at but I have not seen any one of these traffic courses at $2000.00. Actually most of them have been reasonably priced but still the affordability is still a problem, and as usual it is always a guessing game if any of them are really going to work. It would be nice that those of you, who are really making the money would take some of these products and see if they really do work, which would make those of us who are new to this, a lot more secure in where we are putting our money along with having the belief that we can really make it online.

To Paul … believe me the high-end courses are out there with the up-sells, down-sells, cross-sells, etc. you can easily lay out 2 grand before you know it. Also, maybe you’re not on as many “lists” as I am. LOL
Gauher, I’d probably support this noble cause even if you were offering a course on How To Sign-Up For A Free Hotmail Account. Although, I suspect that you could simply donate the $10,000. on your own (if you haven’t already).
Your stuff is always top notch and it’s awesome that you are willing to share your expertise and help the little lads and ladies out in generating traffic.

Good health comes before an abundance of money, but good health doesn’t always come cheap, thus there is always a need for income streams. I am so sorry to hear of your son’s health issues, and hope for a complete recovery.
As far as another traffic course goes, any current information will be welcomed as there have been considerable changes in viable techniques over the last year. The confusion level has reached an all-time high inside my cranium.
I hope you have included some free traffic information in CPA Quantum, because a lot of us have become cash strapped to say the least.
In any event, all the best for you and your son/family.
You have chosen a worthy cause, hospitals are in need of cash infusion, too.

The thing is paid media traffic is more expensive than most people can afford anyway, PPC cost keep going up and SEO has so much competition you could work for years and still make nothing.
I hope you have something worthy that the majority of people selling info courses overlooked.
I guess I could always put together everything I bought so far and do a deep discount of every traffic launch product in the last 2 years ebook.
I could use it to raise money for soon to be starving local kids, like my own!

It’s actually pretty funny when you look at these launches, that all end up being one big JV whore fest. Most of the information people seek is online for free, if you take the time and do the research. Why spend $1997 on some “guru’s” latest product, when you can put that money into actually testing offers. Gauher is the one guys stuff I look out for, because he usually gives so much away in terms of valuable information.

It’s a shame, and a sign of the times, that of all the comments so far no one has mentioned your son with cancer and offered words of kindness.
Money isn’t everything as those of use who have had medical problems before know. In fact, money and the internet becomes the LAST thing on our minds when significant challenges appear.

I pray that your son will be healed if he has not been healed already, God certainly has the power to do so, and faith is the key. It is a powerful thing to give and to give with nothing expected in return. I commend you for your desire to help this hospital, and the way’s that you try to help your students, especially with “helpful” free information, this makes you stand out from the rest. I work full time online and I see all the clutter, the tricks and the high priced courses that are out of reach of the people who need them most. Very cool of you. I highly encourage you to watch the movies “Dying To Have Known” and “Food Matters.” I recommend them to everyone dealing with a healing issue around cancer. Powerful documentaries, with very beneficial information, much different from the general info on the subject floating around.

The traffic courses are priced at $2000 and they are counting on percentages. Sending 200,000 emails through Joint Venture folks and having 1% conversions still gets you 2000 idiots who plunk down hard earned savings in this nasty recession and end up getting not much out of it.
I mean who has $ 2000 cash sitting idle to shoot for an Internet marketers beck and call? Some idiots do.

My biggest problem with traffic generating courses is this: they don’t seem to understand what a target market and targetted traffic really is.
They seem to think that traffic is just a list of web addresses. To be blunt, so many traffic course generators don’t seem to grasp the principles of Marketing 101.
I have a clear business focus, a specific target market, products I’ve developed that are proven to work in that market. The traffic course people seem to be totally unable to relate to what I’m trying to do.
I gave up on them long ago with their get rich quick schemes and spurious sales tactics masquerading as “internet marketing.”
Anyway, make sure you have fun.

You can just ask, us, your list to make donations. I am sure most of us can make a $25 donation. Set up a simple landing page give three donation levels and run it through pay pal.
I have heard that Pay Pal waves there fees for donations I not sure but its worth a look…
Just an Idea, I am assuming this will be easier than running a product offer.

Thanks for making your product affordable. Traffic generation has always been a stumbling block for me. It’s hard to rationalize spending large amounts of money on educational materials.
