A World Of Profitable Traffic Outside Of Google
Google Adwords represents just a small fraction of all the advertising traffic that is available on the Internet. If affiliates took the time to understand other pay per click search engines, pay per view traffic, media buys and the many other methods of traffic generation, they could build an affiliate empire without Google Adwords.
I have created a short video that will show you how you can start making money in just a few hours using a second tier PPC search engine that doesn’t have a rigid quality score criteria and allows direct linking.
This is the lazy affiliate’s dream traffic source to work with.
Watch the video below:
The key to start making money is to take action. I don’t make any money from you signing up with 7search. I am just grateful that they are a search engine that actually treats their advertisers with respect and makes the advertising experience much more pleasant.
Are you listening Google?
I welcome your comments on this video.
Cheers

Hi Gauher,
I have been testing it lately, it is giving really good ROI as compared to google and best part is they provide really good support with real personal help.
Thought of sharing this with your audience.
Thanks

I’m happy to test out any option that would allow me to eventually be rid of Google Adwords. They treat their advertisers like dirt and they get away with it because they are number #1 by far! I’m hopeful that one day Google will fall from the top and they will deserve it! Thanks Gauher!

Hey Gauher,
Good Stuff – 7search is a good search engine , but again they are not world class like google – so you may have a great campaign on google and it may convert like crazy & you use the same ad on 7Search and 500 clicks later nothing… With that said, it comes down to finding the right offer and matching it with the right network.
But,make no mistake with the networks like 7Search listed below you don’t have to worry about direct linking and google content, CTR & LPQ policy and rules.
Other search engines to consider along with 7 search.
adbrite
looksmart
miva
kanoodle
and my favorite from the major networks MSN & yahoo

I tried 7search about 5 years ago and didn’t have much luck with conversions either.
However, I know a lot more about PPC now so perhaps my luck would be better.

I would like to say something here.
I have seen a lot of them braging about the success they had. but all this doesn’t help if you dont use domain masking to protect your earning.
one advice gadget and widgets are hot. I get 7 million page vieuw only with gadget. with site it’s more difficult to get that targeted taraffic.

Hi Gauher,
This is extremely valuable information, as you consistently provide.
I do not have a “real” website yet so I don’t see how I can apply to any CPA networks.
I do have a Clickbank acct. and have promoted several offers using Web2.0 articles, etc.
I would love to jump in and try some campaigns with Clickbank offers but I’m know very little about PPC and am afraid I’d be just throwing my money away.
Is it possible to make any money with Clickbank offers on the 2nd tier search engines and do you offer any courses in PPC which could get me going?
Also, do you have any suggestions as to how I can start to build credibility to be accepted in some CPA networks?
Thank You Gauher for all you do and the valuable content that you share!

I had given up on PPC. I had tried alternatives to G like Ask, but that traffic was just garbage. I was unaware that 7 search would work but now will definitely try it. Great tip, thanks.

I have also tried 7Search. They seem to have low volume and poor conversions. The same with AdBrite but with good volume. Still looking for that goldmine online marketing startegy. Google sux!

This is probably a dumb question but where exactly is the 7Search search engine? When I visit 7search.com I’m on a page discussing advertising opportunities. Where do customers who are searching actually find this search engine?

Thank you for the video Gauher.
I have taken action and tried this out.
I am just sending traffic to my own site for now to see how it goes.
Is there a way to track the keywords on my own destination URL, the ###KEYWORD### thing doesn’t seem to work unless it is added by a CPA network with an affiliate ID?
Thank again

Gauher,
Great video, I couldn’t see when you extended the link and put the keyword in, where exactly does that go? And did you use {} or [] or is it different for each network or search engine?
Thanks,

Awesome video Gauher!
I had tried 7search once too a few years back, but was still a newbie then and knew nothing about tracking so I didn’t make anythiong profitable then.
I am definitely going to give them another look though.
Thanks,
John
P.S. You said at the end of the video that you have been having success with clicksor aswell. I’m sure I’m not just speaking for myself when i say it would be awesome if you did something like this on them aswell. You could add it to the PPCF modules maybe.

Hi Beth to answer your question 7Search doesn’t have a search engine so much as “partners.” For example here’s a partial list of some of those partners…
# Kijiji.com & Kijiji.ca (eBay Search)
# TheFreeDictionary.com
# FindItQuick.com
# Pageseeker.com
# Local.com
# Clicksor.com
# Oversee.net
# Inexplorer.com
# AdMarketPlace.com
# Sagoon.com
# Usefulresults.com
# Turbo10.com
# Kontera.com
# ValidShield.com
# MediaTraffic.com
Now you may notice a few ppv companies on there. I was surprised too. But I live in the same city and they ARE easy people to work with and this is only a few of the sources on a long list they gave me, so I keep trying to make their traffic work for that reason alone.
Around Nov of 2008 I decided to try get conversions with
-ABC.com (now called Adverstise.com not AdvertisING.com)
-Findology
-7Search.com
My results after 6 months and several hundred dollars (EACH!) were pretty awful. I DID figure out a way to make money using their traffic, but the amount of work it took to filter their crappy sources wasn’t worth it. How I miss by beloved (now gone) GoClick.com. Ironically, that’s the strategy to make ppv work, so I’m back to filtering anyway. But 7 can be made to work at least.
So around March-April of 2009 I went back to Yahoo and MSN. Lot of “clunky” problems, but at least the traffic is real. But I managed to get Yahoo to change a LOT of their polices a few weeks ago. I wrote a long, boring, blog post about that. Kinda like how long and boring this comment is….

Gauher:
Thanks. Thanks a lot. Everytime I turn around, you expose another tidbit of my info, another secret source I use, another trick I’ve learned over the years. Why don’t you give me a nice paper cut and pour lemon juice in it while your at it?
Rob, the ###keyword### thing is just to be able to put keywords into your title and ad copy, it’s not for tracking at all. Once you log in to your account, go to: https://7search.com/scripts/advertiser/v3/conversiontrackingsetup.aspx
and it will explain conversion tracking.

Is there an icon on the screen you can point me to enable full screen to help me view the video as this would help me out a lot.
Thank you HEAPS in advance.

Looking at their rules, you have to own the domain you’re advertising:
http://faq.7search.com/index.php?sid=1013916&lang=en&action=artikel&cat=3&id=69&artlang=en
But looking at your example from Neverblue, I take they don’t actually enforce that rule?
February 3, 2010
6:56 pm #comment-32
They don’t seem to enfore this rule. A simple workaround is to simply iframe the CPA offer on your own web site if this ever does become an issue.
